RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order from Scent & Home Creations. However, if you change your mind, the following policy explains your cancellation and return rights.

CHANGE OF MIND / CANCELLATIONS

For eligible products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at scenthomecreations@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your name and order number.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the eligible goods to us.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an order.

You may handle an item as you reasonably would when examining it in a shop. We may reduce the amount refunded if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

PERSONALISED & CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

The statutory right to cancel for a change of mind does not normally apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised or custom-made item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is faulty, you receive the wrong item, or the product is not as described.

Please email scenthomecreations@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the problem. Photographs may help us assess damage or an incorrect item quickly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SALE ITEMS

Sale and discounted items have the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items. Where the normal online cancellation rights apply, an eligible sale item may therefore still be returned following the process above.

REFUNDS

Where you validly cancel an eligible online order, we will refund the amount due to you, including the standard delivery charge you paid where required by law.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back where applicable.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
