SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times
Orders containing wax melts and other ready-made home fragrance products are normally processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Personalised and made-to-order items may take approximately 7–10 working days to process before dispatch.

During particularly busy periods, launches or promotions, processing times may occasionally be longer. Where possible, customers will be informed of any significant delays.

Delivery
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery times shown at checkout or provided after dispatch are estimates and are separate from our processing times.

Once an order has been dispatched, delays may occasionally occur within the postal network which are outside our direct control. However, if you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist you where appropriate.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at scenthomecreations@hotmail.com and include your order number so we can investigate.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging so that we can help resolve the issue.
